It does have a slide out living area, and one air conditioning roof unit. Length: 33' Axles: 2
Bathroom does have standard: bathtub, shower, sink, toilet, hot water heater, power roof fan. Trailer sleeps 6, has 1 full size bed, and one couch, 2 chairs, and one built-in dinette.
Electrical Equipment: Standard: 110 Volt Shore Power, 12 Volt, AC/DC converter, monitor panel, 2 house batteries. Gas Furnace
Kitchen: Microwave, oven, stove refrigerator
Exterior Equipment: Main awning is manual, equalizer hitch, luggage rack/ladder, rear mounted tire carrier, steel custom wheels, outside shower, TV antenna. Suspension is spring type, and the leveling system is manual, with an electric tongue jack.
Tanks: 2 L.P. Gas tanks, fresh and waste water is standard.
Previous owner did have a small dog that would stay with them in the trailer. We beleive the previous owner did NOT smoke in the trailer, as it does not have that ordor. The trailer was winterized by the previous owner, and currently hasn't been un-winterized.
Interior and exterior is above average condition, and the front and rear axle tires are new.
Damage was from snow, on the roof and sides.
